Process

I developed a chatbot using Rasa (v2.8.1) and managed its web UI through Rasa X (v0.39.3) inside a virtual environment. This allowed me to test the bot both via the web interface and the VS Code terminal (rasa shell).

Deployment & Sharing:
To make the bot accessible beyond localhost, I integrated Ngrok for external sharing. I also built APIs using Flask (flask_cors, flask_restful) and tested endpoints with Postman to ensure smooth interaction.

Next Steps for Improvement:
The chatbot can be further enhanced by:

• Training with a larger dataset for improved accuracy.

• Integrating with platforms like Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp for multi-channel deployment.
